License Agreement

LICENSE AGREEMENT AND LOTTERY RULES (PUBLIC OFFER) 1. Terms and status 1.1. This service (the "Service") is a lottery platform. User participation is participation in a lottery/prize draw. 1.2. Tokens are digital participation units (similar to lottery tickets). They are NOT an investment product, deposit, security, or a guaranteed way to earn income. 1.3. Any accruals/prizes/bonuses depend on the Service rules and/or a specific draw and may be probabilistic (random). No guaranteed profit is promised. 2. Acceptance 2.1. By registering, the user confirms acceptance of these terms, that they are 18+, and that they comply with the laws of their country. 2.2. Lottery participation may be restricted or prohibited in some jurisdictions. The user is responsible for checking legality. 3. Participation 3.1. Purchasing tokens means paying for participation in the lottery/draws under the Service rules. 3.2. The amount and procedure of accruals/prizes, participation conditions, coefficients and other parameters may be set and changed by the Service administrator and are shown in the Service interface. 3.3. The Service may refuse participation, void results, or suspend access in case of abuse (bots, multiple accounts, data substitution, attempts to bypass rules, etc.). 4. Payments and withdrawals 4.1. Top-ups/payments and withdrawals are performed under the Service rules. Fees, limits and timeframes may be set by the administrator. 4.2. The user must use only their own payment details and is responsible for wallet addresses and transactions. 4.3. If fraud is suspected or AML/sanctions compliance is required, the Service may request additional information and suspend operations until clarified. 5. Liability 5.1. The Service is provided "as is". The administrator does not guarantee uninterrupted operation or the absence of errors. 5.2. The administrator is not liable for third parties, external payment services, network delays, wallet/transaction blocks, or other circumstances beyond the Service control. 6. Changes 6.1. The administrator may change these rules and this agreement. The new version is effective upon publication in the Service. 6.2. By continuing to use the Service, the user agrees to the updated terms.
